This Thursday I'm kicking off a few weeks of classes about knee health. Knee injuries or discomforts are often related to miscommunication between different parts of yourself. In the first week,we'll explore what the pelvis, chest and head have to do with how your knees can bend simply as they are intended to do and without complaining.
Though each class has a theme, there is no limit to possible additional benefits beyond the main focus. Often people feel positive changes in unexpected places as classes are like a guided moving meditation for increasing overall self-awareness. No experience necessary.
