Working with breath can be tricky, but when we give it time and our patience the results can be profound. This week we try on a breathing exercise in a number of positions, rolling the hips gently this way & that to cultivate a free flowing breath.
Though each class has a theme, there are numerous possible benefits beyond the main focus. Often people feel positive changes in unexpected places as classes are like a guided moving meditation for increasing overall self-awareness. No experience is necessary.
