Further explorations into using our weight in gravity to help us make transitions from one position to another easier, smoother, lighter. Instead of a feeling of hefting our weight, straining to rise, feeling yourself glide through space with simplicity. Guiding principles: we'll look at are: anchors, coordinating the limbs with the larger muscles toward the centre and how to use our imaginations to guide our body and tap into our natural way of moving.
Though each class has a theme, there is no limit to possible additional benefits beyond the main focus. Often people feel positive changes in unexpected places as classes are like a guided moving meditation for increasing overall self-awareness. No experience necessary.
