This week we'll look at ourselves from a curious perspective that is written deep in our genetic memory. Utilizing movements designed from human developmental stages, we'll remind ourselves of the integrity of the back muscles to engage and lift our weight without stretching or strain. When we learn how to rely on and catalyze the natural infrastructure of the body we find movements that we think of as challenging can actually be done with a feeling of ease. Instead of working hard, we release the breath and find that the basic support we need is already there.
Though each class has a theme, there is no limit to possible additional benefits beyond the main focus. Often people feel positive changes in unexpected places as classes are like a guided moving meditation for increasing overall self-awareness. No experience necessary.
