This week we'll explore movements that awaken your feet and toes, bringing flexibilty and clarity to this much overlooked area. We'll also begin to get acquainted with our unique standing posture and to make shifts toward an improved alignment as we peel back layers of our internalized concept of what is or isn't "good" posture and how that effects our actual stance.
Though each class has a theme, there is no limit to possible additional benefits beyond the main focus. Often people feel positive changes in unexpected places as classes are like a guided moving meditation for increasing overall self-awareness. No experience necessary.
