This Thursday we'll look at our knee health through our ankles and standing across the full width of the feet. We'll also explore how our feet are meant to move, increasing the range and freedom there and helping us to feel stable and supported from the ground up.
Though each class has a theme, there is no limit to possible additional benefits beyond the main focus. Often people feel positive changes in unexpected places as classes are like a guided moving meditation for increasing overall self-awareness. No experience necessary.
